We had drinks in the bar downstairs & ordered pizza too. The pizza was really delicious and hit the spot for us! Service in the bar was really efficient with table service all evening.
We couldn’t fault this hotel & bar at all, all round great experience.
We only had one tiny gripe at the end of the night, we paid our bar bill & wanted to tip the lovely girl who served our drinks all evening but because we were paying by card she couldn’t add a tip to our total, tips have to be in cash. In these Covid times many people don’t use cash anymore so it would be great if Kingston’s couid update their system to accept electronic tips like most places now do.

when we went to bed at half 11 that's when the issues arose.
there was no form of AIR CONDITIONING!
THE ROOM WAS A SAUNA.
just below our window people were drunk and congregating outside the premises.
we opened the windows to try and cool down to be met with minimal releif and maximum volume levels.
the heat and lack of cool air was SHOCKING.
I spoke with the hotel management. the management could not assist in any way what so ever, and did not offer any solutions.
for the money we spent on accommodation and food/beverages it was definitely not worth the
