Erwin & Aoife Kingston are the 4th generation business owners in the hospitality sector on this premise, Erwin’s family have been trading on Market Street since 1889! There is great history in Kingston’s, at first the business was a Public House and Drapery ran by Erwin’s great grandfather John Sheehan. The business has evolved over the last 120 years to be a Public House and Townhouse Accommodation.

This was combined brilliantly with the bar/restaurant that brought you back in time balanced with a lovely pint of Guinness. The breakfast and homemade pizza served in the bar were excellent and highly recommended. Location of the Townhouse is superb surrounded with great restaurants and also close to the Gap of Dunloe and fabulous beaches for a morning swim. The Kingston Pub was a perfect spot to relax after a day of touring. Killorglin is quiet and charming and in an ideal location to visit the region. Across the street is what should be a Michelin recommended restaurant Kingdom with truly exceptional food at reasonable prices. The Kingston was also an excellent value.
