Our artisan Neapolitan style pizza was introduced to Kingston’s Bar in the summer of 2020. We were delighted that Killorglin was as excited as we were with the introduction of an authentic Italian style pizza.
Making dough is an intricate process and we would be lying if we said all the pizza was pretty at the start… however we were determined to make it work! Our dough is made and matured over 3 day process, it is a labour of love, but it is worth it.
Kingston’s tomato sauce is made authentically from the best Italian San Marzano tomatoes, lightly seasoned and infused with fresh local basil & garlic. There are no additives or fancy stuff in our sauce.
Next up, the toppings, a great pizza dough only deserves the best pizza toppings so with that in mind, we have sourced great topping from local artisan supplies like Toons Bridge to ensure
Our pizza is served on locally handcrafted wooden boards, complimented by Erwin’s Special Chili Oil and Homemade Roasted Garlic Alioli Dressing.
